For consultants
Good specialists know other good specialists. If you have worked alongside someone worth a call, introduce us. They get treated exactly the way we treat you, and your name is used only if you say so.
Why we ask
We can test a candidate on traceability, on CAPA effectiveness, on how they would defend a potency assay. What we cannot test in an hour is whether they hold up in month six of a difficult programme, whether they escalate a problem or bury it, and whether the client will want them back.
You already know that about the people you have worked with. A colleague you would work with again is a stronger signal than anything on a CV, which is why referred consultants are the ones we move on fastest.
So this is a straightforward ask. If someone comes to mind, send them our way or send us their name and we will reach out properly, without pressure and without pretending we already know them.
Under 2 MB. PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF, PPT or PPTX.
We never present your profile to a client without your permission. No fees, ever.
What you get
A real call explaining who we are and that you suggested it. No cold pitch pretending we found them.
Straight answers, feedback on every submission, and no fees at any stage.
We will tell you if it worked out, as far as they are happy for us to.
Where an introduction leads to a placement, we recognise it. We discuss that with you directly and confirm it in writing before you refer anyone, rather than advertising terms that would not suit every situation.

Good introduction beats fifty applications

Questions
Yes, and we agree it with you directly and in writing before you refer anyone. We do not publish terms here, because what is appropriate varies with the discipline, the seniority and the type of engagement, and a single advertised figure would be wrong for most of them. Ask us and you will get a straight answer in the same conversation.
Yes, and those are often the best introductions. We will make contact, explain who we are and leave it there if the timing is wrong. Nobody gets chased.
Ask them before you send their details, as a courtesy and because it makes our first call much easier. If you would rather just give us a name and let us find them, tell us and we will approach it that way.
It does not matter. Hiring managers, former colleagues and people who have simply worked in the sector all refer people to us, and the referral terms are the same.
Only if you say we can. Some people prefer the introduction to be attributed, others do not. Tell us which and we will honour it.
