Home › How we place you
For consultants
Every step, what we do, and what we need from you. If we ever fall short of this, tell us and we will fix it.
The process
No portal, no account, no twelve-field form. A file and a phone number is enough.
What you actually do, what you want next, your rate expectation, your notice, and where you will travel. Twenty minutes, and it is the step that determines everything after it.
If your rate expectation is above the market, you hear it now. If your profile is strong and under-priced, you hear that too. This conversation costs you nothing and is worth having even if we never place you.
Your resume does not go anywhere without your yes. You always know which client has it and when it went.
Who you are meeting, what they care about, what the last person got wrong. Not a generic tip sheet.
Rate, duration, engagement model and start date in writing. Then I-9 and E-Verify, background checks and any client-specific screening, handled so it does not delay your start.
A check-in in week one and month one, then periodically. Most problems on an engagement are fixable if someone hears about them early.

Steps, and you hear from us at every one
Client testimonials are being collected and will be published here once the clients concerned have approved the wording in writing. We do not publish quotes we have not been given permission to use.
What you get
This works both ways. Four things make the difference between a fast placement and a slow one.
The real one, not the aspirational one.
Duplicate submissions to the same client damage you more than anyone.
Interview slots move fast, especially for scarce skills.
If you turn something down, we would rather know why.
Questions
From resume to first submission, often the same week. From submission to offer depends entirely on the client, and we will tell you what their process actually looks like rather than guessing optimistically.
Tell us immediately. We can often accelerate a client, and if we cannot we will say so rather than asking you to gamble. We would rather lose you to a better offer than have you resent a delay we caused.
A placement that falls over in month two costs us more than it earns. Our incentive genuinely is a fit that lasts, and if we think a role is wrong for you we will say so before you interview.
Yes, with your consent, and we will contact you when something fits. You can ask us to remove it at any time and we will confirm when it is done.
We start on the next one before it does. Consultants who stay with us are the reason we can fill roles quickly, so keeping you working is the whole business model rather than a courtesy.
