For consultants
Most of the people we place came to us, not the other way round. Send your resume, have one honest conversation, and we start putting you in front of the clients and partners we work with.
Why people come to us
If you have ten years in validation, regulatory affairs or clinical operations, your problem is not a shortage of job adverts. It is that the adverts are written by people who cannot read your CV properly, screened by software that keys on the wrong words, and answered by three hundred others. The roles that would actually suit you are often filled before they are ever posted.
The other problem is silence. You submit, you wait, and nothing comes back. Nobody tells you the rate was never viable, or that the client filled it internally, or that your profile went out and lost on one specific thing you could have addressed.
We work the other way round. Tell us what you do, what you want and what you will not accept, and we go to market with it. You will hear back on every submission, including the ones that do not land, and you will hear why.
Under 2 MB. PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF, PPT or PPTX.
We never present your profile to a client without your permission. No fees, ever.
What you get
No fees, ever. We are paid by the client, never by you.
Our recruiters work only in life sciences. They know what a design history file is, what CSV traceability means, and why a CRA II is not a CRA I.
The rate, the duration, the client type and the reason it is open, before you decide to interview.
Including the no, and including why.
W2, Corp-to-Corp, 1099, contract-to-hire or permanent.
A check-in during week one and month one, and someone to call if the engagement is not what was described.
Much of what we fill comes through client and partner relationships rather than public postings.

Fees, at any stage, for any reason
Client testimonials are being collected and will be published here once the clients concerned have approved the wording in writing. We do not publish quotes we have not been given permission to use.
The process
Not a form response. A recruiter calls to understand what you do, what you want next, your rate expectation and where you will and will not travel.
Your profile goes to the clients and partners where it fits. You approve every submission before it goes out, and you always know who has it.
Feedback after every submission. If it is a no, you get the reason, not silence.
If it lands, we handle the paperwork properly: I-9 and E-Verify, background checks and the compliance the client will audit. Then we stay in touch for the next one.
Questions
No. Never, at any stage, for any reason. We are paid by the client. Anyone in this industry who asks you for money for a job, a visa process, training or equipment is running a scam, and our Fraud Alert page explains what to watch for.
Yes, and it is the better time. The consultants who move best are the ones we already know when something opens. A twenty-minute conversation now means you are on our radar rather than starting cold in three months.
No. You approve every submission before it goes anywhere, and you will always know which client has your profile. Blind submissions damage you and damage us.
That is a normal conversation to have. Sometimes the useful outcome is a realistic read on what your experience is worth in the current market and what a step up would require.
Clinical operations, CRAs, data management, biostatistics, regulatory writing and submissions, quality engineering, CAPA, CSV and CQV, LIMS and eQMS, and GxP IT. If your discipline is not on that list, we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
