Information you give us. Your name, contact details, resume, work history, qualifications, right-to-work information where required for a role, rate expectations and any other detail you choose to send.
Information from others. References you nominate, background screening providers where you have consented, and publicly available professional profiles.
Information collected automatically. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this site. Where such information is required for a lawful purpose, for example voluntary self-identification for equal employment opportunity reporting or an accommodation request, it is collected separately, handled confidentially and used only for the stated purpose.

How we use it

To assess your suitability for roles and to represent you to clients, with your approval for each submission.
To provide recruitment and professional services to our clients.
To carry out onboarding, including employment eligibility verification and background screening where applicable.
To meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.
To secure our systems and prevent fraud.
To send service communications and, where you have asked for them or where permitted by law, relevant role alerts. You may opt out of marketing at any time.

How we share it

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as follows.

With clients and prospective employers, for evaluation for a specific opportunity. We seek your approval before submitting your profile to a named client.
With service providers, including our applicant tracking system provider, and our payroll, background screening and IT suppliers, who may use the information only to perform services for us.
For legal reasons, where required by law, regulation, subpoena or government request, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
In a business transaction, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

How long we keep it

Candidate information is retained for as long as needed to consider you for suitable roles and to meet our legal obligations, and is reviewed periodically. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will confirm when it is done, unless we are required to retain a record by law.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to receive a copy in portable form. Exercise any of these by emailing info@sirilifesciences.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising a right.

Security
