Industries
We do not staff everything for everyone. Generalist firms list eight or ten industries on a page and cover none of them properly. We work in five, and every one of them has an inspector attached.
The problem
It is telling you that the recruiter screening your candidate this week was screening for retail logistics last week, and will be screening for banking next week. Breadth is a sales position, not a capability. It reads well on a slide and falls apart at the first technical screen.
Regulated sectors punish that. The difference between a quality engineer who has run a CAPA through to effectiveness check and one who has only filled in the form is invisible on a CV and obvious in an audit. Only someone who has worked in the sector can see it before you hire.
So we made a choice most of our competitors would not. Five sectors, and we turn down work outside them. It costs us revenue and it is the reason our shortlists are short.
Tell us the problem. A specialist replies, not a form robot.
What we do
The same five service pillars apply across all of them, but what gets asked for is different in each.
Branded, generic and specialty pharma, from pre-clinical development through commercial manufacturing and post-market compliance.
Biologics, vaccines and emerging modalities, where the science moves faster than the org chart.
Class I to III devices, combination products and in vitro diagnostics under MDR, IVDR and 21 CFR 820.
Advanced therapies where the regulatory path is still being written and the manufacturing is the product.
Service organisations under pressure to staff faster than their own hiring can move.

Sectors, and we decline work outside them
Client testimonials are being collected and will be published here once the clients concerned have approved the wording in writing. We do not publish quotes we have not been given permission to use.
Questions
Probably not, and we would rather say so than take the engagement and learn on your time. If the role is genuinely adjacent, for example a pharma client hiring a software engineer for a validated system, that is squarely within what we do.
Not as core sectors. There is real regulatory overlap, particularly in quality systems and submissions, so ask if you have a specific need, but we will not claim depth we do not have.
No. It means fewer, better profiles and less of your time spent screening. The rate is set by the market for the skill, and the rate card is agreed with you before we search.
Our recruiters sit alongside delivery teams doing the work: the people writing validation protocols and regulatory files are in the same business. That is the mechanism, and it is the reason a pure recruiting firm cannot replicate it.
Yes, and several clients span two, typically pharma and device for combination products. The team does not change; the screening emphasis does.
