Regulatory, quality and talent for US life sciences
Regulatory work done properly. And the people to do it.
We support pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device teams two ways. Our own specialists deliver regulatory, quality and clinical work under a scope you can hold us to, and our recruiters place experienced professionals in your team, on contract or permanently.
About Siri
One partner for the regulated work and the people behind it.
Siri Life Sciences is a US life sciences services and talent firm. We take on regulatory, quality, clinical and validation work as a defined service, and we place experienced specialists into client teams. Both sit under one contract and one delivery lead, so a gap in your programme can be closed with a person, a project team or a full functional service without adding another vendor.
Solutions
Five pillars. One accountable team.
Each pillar can be staffed with individual specialists, delivered as a project under a statement of work, or run as a functional service we own end to end.
Regulatory & EU MDR
Submission strategy and authoring for the US, Europe and emerging markets, plus structured EU MDR and IVDR gap assessments.

Buy the person, the project or the outcome.
Every pillar can be bought the way your programme needs it, and the model can change as the work does. Most clients start with people and move to scope once they trust the team.
Experienced professionals placed into your team on W2, Corp-to-Corp or 1099.
Try the fit before you commit, or hire directly with a replacement guarantee.
A defined deliverable, fixed scope where the work allows it, and one lead accountable for it.
We own a whole workstream, with documented handover and knowledge retention.
An onsite lead with a remote US-based team behind them and one accountable manager.
We deliver through your existing programme as one supplier among several, compliant from day one.
Talent Solutions
Two doors, and the consultant one is not the back entrance.
Hiring managers and consultants want completely different things, and most life sciences sites make both hunt. A large share of our placements start with an experienced consultant sending us a resume, so that door gets the same weight as the other one.
I need to hire

Most of the people we place came to us first. Send a resume and we go to market on your behalf.

- Feedback after every submission, including the no
- W2, Corp-to-Corp, 1099, contract-to-hire or permanent

Industries
Five sectors. All of them answer to a regulator.
Client testimonials are being collected and will be published here once the clients concerned have approved the wording in writing. We do not publish quotes we have not been given permission to use.

Questions we get asked before the first call.
How fast is 48 hours, really?
It is the first qualified shortlist, not a CV dump. Intake happens the same day you call, screening runs overnight, and you get profiles with rate, availability and background confirmed. For genuinely scarce roles we will tell you on the intake call that it will take longer, rather than sending you filler to hit a number.
Do you place W2, C2C and 1099?
Yes, all three, plus direct hire, contract-to-hire and project-based SOW. Every model is set out on the Talent Solutions page with who each one suits, so you can check before you call.
We already have an MSP. Can you work inside it?
Yes. We deliver through existing MSP and VMS ecosystems and are used to being one supplier among several. The compliance and onboarding requirements are the part most suppliers get wrong at day one; that is where we are strongest.
Can you take on the work instead of staffing it?
Yes. The same five service pillars can be delivered as a project under a statement of work or as a functional service we own end to end. Most clients start with people and move to scope once they trust the team.
What does it cost?
Contract placements are billed at an agreed hourly rate against a rate card you approve before we start. Direct hire is a percentage of first-year compensation with a replacement guarantee. Project work is fixed-scope where the deliverable allows it. We will give you numbers on the first call rather than after three meetings.

A regulatory question, a validation backlog or one hard role to fill. A specialist replies either way.
