CDMOs & CROs
Service organisations under pressure to staff faster than their own hiring can move, for clients whose auditors arrive with hard questions.
The problem
A CDMO or CRO wins work on the strength of capacity it does not yet have. The alternative, carrying the bench between wins, destroys the margin the business runs on. So the model depends on hiring fast, and internal recruiting is rarely built to move at that speed.
The second pressure is quality under scrutiny. Your client auditors are not reviewing their own systems, they are reviewing yours, and they arrive knowing exactly what to ask. People who have only worked sponsor-side often find that adjustment harder than expected.
The third is plurality. Your teams work under several sponsor quality systems at once. That is normal in this sector and unusual everywhere else, and it is a real screening criterion rather than a nice-to-have.
Tell us the problem. A specialist replies, not a form robot.
What we do
Teams stood up for a won programme without carrying the bench between wins.
People who have been on the receiving end of a sponsor audit before.
Resource that can work under several sponsor quality systems at once.
Whole workstreams delivered under your brand with one accountable lead.
Onshore leads with offshore capacity behind them.
Contract-to-hire so proven performers become yours.

The usual gap between winning work and needing the team

Questions
No. We do not bid for sponsor programmes against you, and we are not building a CRO. Where we deliver services it is under a defined scope for a client who came to us for it, and if a conflict ever arises on a named account we will tell you before it becomes one.
Yes. Functional service teams operate under your quality system and your client relationship. We provide the people and one accountable lead; your client sees your organisation.
For a twelve-person team of mid-level specialists, six to eight weeks is realistic including notice periods. Faster is possible with contractors already between engagements, and we will tell you which part of the team is the constraint.
That gets planned at the start rather than negotiated at the end. Contract structures let capacity come off cleanly, and we re-place people elsewhere rather than leaving you to manage the exit.
Yes, and it shapes what we propose. Blended onshore and offshore delivery exists precisely because a services business cannot absorb sponsor-level rates on every seat.
